I have worked for ENSCO for as long as I have because it has provided everything I was looking for when I graduated from college: an engineering experience where I contribute to modern technological challenges (advanced sensors, automation, solar power systems, data processing techniques) in projects where I am involved and contribute in a meaningful way from beginning to end with coworkers that I respect and genuinely enjoy working with. The company is large enough to provide stability and job security with good benefits, while small enough that each person is important to the success of the company. Projects vary enough to provide new challenges each time. ENSCO also provides significant growth opportunities for those who take the initiative.
