      Gives you a market value salary.

      Cons

      However, you are a slave to clients. No clients support you during onboarding or the delivery of the project. Everyone is here to help you. No concept of teamwork No line manager is supportive, nor is anyone from the client side. Toxic environment. No promotion.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
