- Relatively Stable contract - the salary comes on time - Bench where you can take a bit of rest from the junk that you've suffered through for their clients

Cons

- Little projects - Shady stuff related to monetary business - Lots of beuracracy - Crappy equipment - Crappy trainings - Crappy career paths/oportunities - Double tracking for them and their customers - Crappy refunding process related to upskilling - little benefits

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
