Good projects, latest software tools, remote work type with corporate laptop. Professional colleauges, good communication, really good opportunities to learn and grow. Very good health insurance right from day 1.
Cons
If you on a bench (in-between projects), resource managers could push you to get a project asap. Be proactive and stand your ground.

Thanks for leaving us a 5-star review! We're delighted that you had a positive experience at EPAM.
Time between projects is important for our engineers, and we encourage everyone to use that time to upskill and expand their professional repertoire. We're sorry you had a negative experience during this time. If you'd ever like to discuss further or provide additional feedback, feel free to email us at Glassdoor@epam.com. Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.
Cons
Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
- A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills;
- Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences;
- Great benefits and insurance.
Cons
- Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT;
- Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working;
- Stock price dwindled significantly.
