Pros

Access to knowledge/ learn resources

Cons

- When your project assignment ends you have less than 2 months on bench to find new one - salary raises are like unicorns - resource managers are not interested in solving issues of people in their pool - code of ethics and conduct is a joke. You have to pass all these mandatory trainings but managers violated it were never punished for that.

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

We also appreciate your take on our internal tech platforms. It is true that our developers love to build, which can sometimes result in an abundance of internal tools! Thank you for your hard work and for being part of our engineering community.
