      - Stability, if the current project ends you can stay on bench for 1-2 months looking for other positions, and there are tens of projects you can apply to - Clear path to career growth, they tell you what to study, how to apply for promotion exam and what to expect - People at Epam itself are nice, but people in the projects can be a mixed bag

      Cons

      - Salary is on the lower end compared to other international tech companies that operate in georgia - More bureaucratic compared to other software companies

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
