      Pros

      It's more than just training; I was practically stuck at home. After graduation, I came back to life after attending the DevOps & Cloud Bootcamp. They have a fantastic curriculum and application-based training that prepares me for the industry. They offer project manager, resource manager, course manager, internal communication, and language training... and most importantly, I have a mentor. Being at EPAM is a privilege. I hope we get the opportunity to join the company because I feel happy here.

      Cons

      I haven't seen many negative things lately because I'm not officially working there.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
