Pros
Company have many projects in various branches. If you lack, you can find what you like to do. Office is quite comfortable, at least you've got everything for a work. Sometimes we have team building.
Cons
It's quite difficutle to change project (evern within one manager). I think it depends on particular manager and available projects, but I think it's true in general. My team leader is smth. strange and dangerous. This is one negative moment I've got. And I am not able right now to change smth.
