      A lot of career opportunities, tons of educational data available, bright, young and adequate managers, clever and friendly teammates. Fully "white", official salary and healthcare program (it is not typical for IT companies in Russia as of 2016).

      Cons

      Often below-the-market salaries, tough competition between locations in Russia, sometimes boring projects, lack of transparency from senior managers' side.
