Pros

If you just want to go to office to gossip, then this is the right place :D No pros otherwise

Cons

1) Directionless 2) Futureless 3) Useless mgmt 4) DO not join this company even if they give you 100% hike. They will fire you as soon as the job is done and there is no project. There is no policy defined. Mgmt will backtrack on what they say. No Coordination between EPAM India GDO and the EPAM Global Mgmt 5) People live in fear here everyday. An employee,whose child was sick,was on leave but was called to office in the name of client demand and was fired for no reason. 6) EPAM India GDO has no idea about what EPAM Global wants and they will talk all rubbish.

Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.
