Pros

If you want to work with top notch co-workers and international clients, this is the place to be. The employees and upper management are extremely talented and knowledgeable, which provides a huge opportunity for learning and growth. The people there strive to create a strong end product, and when they do, it never goes without a 'great job' or a company-wide email from their team or management telling everyone of the amazing work they've just done. There definitely isn't a lack of appreciation for the employees and it shows. Bagel Monday's, pizza Wednesday's, summer Friday's, happy hours and company gatherings really help create a close-knit team and make it a pleasant atmosphere.

Cons

Like any agency, it's fast paced but they try hard to ensure there's a good work/life balance and make sure they're appropriately staffed for the workload.

Pros

You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

Cons

Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
