Flexibility, good health benefits, variety of clients and work locations, stability. Relocation assistance. Regular team events. Well organized employee portals.
Cons
Low compensation. Being a contractor it is possible quite often that you'll feel that you have limited role in client's success and there are restrictions while performing your duties.

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.
Cons
Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
- A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills;
- Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences;
- Great benefits and insurance.
Cons
- Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT;
- Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working;
- Stock price dwindled significantly.
