      If you're lucky to be assigned to a good project (I was), you'll have a chance to work with great people within international worldwide-distributed teams and create good products. Lots of experienced specialists who can share their knowledge with you.

      Cons

      Large company, hence you may run into burocracy and complicated management hierarchy. It really differs from team to team. You may get more close to a customer rather than to your direct managers, who should be responsible for your career development.

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
