Too much politics and favoritism ..
No job stability.. Firing is frequent

Increments were as per market standard and is distributed based on the performance of the individual and their participation in org initiatives.

Cons
Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

Cons
- Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT;
- Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working;
- Stock price dwindled significantly.
