      New Office is the only nice thing

      Cons

      Senior Management is only interested in saving their job Even forcing many employee to write 5* review ..their rating is still 3.3 For India Too much politics and favoritism .. No job stability.. Firing is frequent Increment is in range of 1 -2 %

      Thank you for your feedback. We take the feedback from our associates seriously and work towards building a healthy workplace. EPAM India is in a growth stage and is hiring in large numbers. Increments were as per market standard and is distributed based on the performance of the individual and their participation in org initiatives. In EPAM, our associates feel the responsibility of building a positive image of the organization internally and externally. Like few folks who express their concerns on this forum, others are also interested to express their experience with the organization and therefore this forum has a combination of positive and negative reviews.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
