- Incompetent mid-tier management. The issue is running strong across all units. Poor management skills in senior IT management as well. - Strong culture of gender bias and favoritism. Management positions are filled based on who knows who vs competency and experience. - No vision, no well-defined strategy - If shareholders only knew what kind of BS internal governance is. 4 words: It is a mess. Organization struggles to manage itself. Red flag. - Gender bias. Women often talk about this being a classical boy's club in senior management. - Often times junior staff interviewers disqualify senior candidates due to own incompetence.
