I could say a lot about management here but there is nothing I haven't said before face to face and in my "not confidential" exit interview (I did that disclaimer to HR)
You either agree with the 100% of what the company does or you are label as a bad employee (not agreeing with something brings richness to work and to management decision but you need a mature leadership for it)
If you have the courage to speak up your disagreements even if you do it on the propper channels they will take it the wrong way and will tell gossips about you even after you leave the company, like saying you wrote the previous bad reviews about management (gossip spread by HR and management).
