Pros

Initally i enjoyed working with them but slowly as i got to know about the management and system , i could not praise this company.

Cons

I was campus placed in this company and was very happy at that time. We were made huge promises that you are being given the best trainings and soon you will be mapped into projects. but that day never came and we were fired after undergoing one year training saying that we don't have have any projects for freshers. I was disheartened because having no real time experience other companies were not accepting us and when we went for interviews they served low package hearing that we were coming from epam. The market reputation was so low that whoever used to take our interview would laugh hearing that we came from epam. The package we were offered were not enough for survival in a city like hyderabad. Gradually we had to look for some other options. i just wasted my 1 year here and after that i went into depression . I wish i could have campus placed in some other company because no company whether they had projects or not did this to their employees , what epam did to us.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We definitely empathize with your concern. Post acquisition, to align with new business model and eliminate redundancies, last year we had to take tough measures to ensure the organization is set on a new course. For campus hires, we initiated outplacement process, reached out to different companies who were looking for freshers. All interested associates were provided options to interview with at least 3 different companies and more than 70% of the campus hires got selected in different companies. We have re-initiated campus hiring with revamped hiring process where the individual has to go through 2 coding challenges, followed by group discussion, technical and HR interview. If you are interested to attempt, please reach out to me at Shashikanth_bondugula@epam.com.

Pros

Amazing team—very collaborative, supportive, and welcoming from day one. Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward. There is a well-structured environment—processes are clear, well explained and continuously improving. Great opportunities to learn; many trainings and tools available to support professional growth. People genuinely care about each other and create a positive work environment.

Cons

In some cases, coordination across teams can take extra time
