      Pros

      EPAM by far is the best company I've ever worked for. It has everything an employee would want in a company. 1. Decent Management 2. Decent Pay 3. Decent culture 4. Challenging Projects 5. Employee Growth One can experience perfect balance between personal and work life here. I would suggest anyone considering joining EPAM to do it without a second thought.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
