      - Big company and quite stable - A lot of various job opportunities (you can ask for a project which you are like to work for) - Professional events and conferences inside the company - Great knowledge share - Internal program to motivate employees to grow

      Cons

      - Complicated internal procedures (because it's very big company) - Everything depends on a project (you can work with new and interesting things or with old slow legacy)

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
