It’s been 6 months since I joined EPAM and to summarize, EPAM is a hub to demonstrate, showcase and keep building on your technical skills. The traditional methods of position change and feedback processes are not a part of EPAM culture. 360-degree feedback process - Employees have the advantage of recording feedbacks received from peers, colleagues, managers as well as clients and similarly provide feedbacks to their peers and managers. Hence building transparency, openness and awareness across the organization. Position / Technology Change - If you prove your caliber and confidence to take up the next role then EPAM will acknowledge it and ensure you are provided with the opportunity to excel where your skill and interest lies unlike the traditional method of following specific timeframe.
