Good Place to learn for people without experience .

Assessment sessions look sometimes like really burocracy process. U need to wait a couple of months just to try . Collecting documents for asmt sessions is really huge long process that kills your ambitions to try yourself in levering up your level inside EPAM. Management level really depends on connections inside the organisation. Sometimes the manager could do everything with subordinate if he/she got a protection from their bosses - that is the ugly stuff
