      Pros

      As a software company, the people are generally pretty nice and the culture is committed but pretty relaxed. Health insurance is great.

      Cons

      I spent 3 years there and learned pretty quickly that if you're not a software engineer or in a management/director role, your hard work is pretty wasted. bare minimum pay bumps and promotions, and basically no room for growth or challenge.
