Pros

I met some of the nicest people Ive ever worked with, Team was extremely collaborative. Learnt alot

Cons

Management that I interacted with was less than helpful. Many levels of management,. The day I met my original resource manager after 7 months of working in epam, was the day they announced he was leaving. The client decided to use offsite team, so they were disbanning onsite team. Since I was the last to join I was the first to leave. Client was happy with me and I did produce for them . However, a week later they terminated me saying that since COVID 19 people were not hiring, and because I was not willing to relocate (I have a family) They could not find anything for me. They didnt even try because it was 6 days after I left the client.

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
