It is going to be one year working at EPAM as a full-time employee. It has been an outstanding experience working with this organization 1. Work-Life Balance, Very Organized Project Delivery Management Process 2. Exposure to latest tools/technologies, Learning & Development for every employee is being planned and executed 3. Leadership team is focused on building high performing Agile teams 3. Close global community, open forums to showcase talent across and learn from each other using platforms such as code kata, code dojo etc. 4.Frequent connect from leadership to keep all the employees in the same understanding 5. Uniform look & feel across EPAM offices, Great infrastructure 5. And most important, amazing people of EPAM who is always there to help each other and share their knowledge
