      Ability to learn and develop skills. A huge number of internal training. Besides that plenty of projects that you take part in. Relocation is also one of the benefits.

      Cons

      To get promotion нou're gonna have a tough time proving that those did your best and of course you need to be prepared for the assessments - obligatory part of almost every promotion.
