Pros

The company has a lot of projects in a lot of different locations (good or bad) and you can relocate globally or across the US. Due to the nature of the business company has. expertise in a lot of different areas and you can definitely find something you fit. Good internal tools and support of general infrastructure are excellent again due to the nature of the outsourcing type of business. Medical insurance is good.

Cons

All are customer-centric and based on project and company management treat you based on customer feedback or how the customer likes you. As result, all come to favoritism and a toxic work environment. Contract type of work and company in most cases block your ability to switch to FTE position with the same client. Salary is lower compare to the market rate, not stock options or etc, and most of the people leaving the company where they obtain a green card. Not too much support during COVID time. You're not able to start GC process if you're not assigned to any project and sitting on the bench. No gym reimbursements, home office, volunteering day-off, tuition or etc.

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
