Pros
Good place to start your career. Especially if you will be lucky to get nice first project. Have a good training center for a students. Also a lot of internal courses available. Nice medical insurance package.
Cons
If you are pre-production trainee when you can't choose project. Mine wasn't very interesting from used technologies perspective. Hardness with WFH, your colleagues could complain that you're leaving office earlier than them :) Epam firstly try to propose you uninteresting projects to close it's not demanded vaccancies. Situation changed only when I noticed that I have offer from another company.
