It's pleasant to work in well-known company. Here are presented rich infrastructure for self-development and many opportunities to carier growth. You can see from inside how things are organized in big company. Different bonuses are presented as well: possibilities to do sports, discounts in different shops and venues and many others.
Cons
Some of offices are quite old, hovewer new are being built right now, so this problem should be fixed. Sometimes it's hard to join some event because there's just not enough place for all willings.
