Pros

- Benefits - People - Fairly well organized with a low amount of unknowns - Never left alone with a problem - You can switch projects, cities, countries in a pretty clear process - Good care for employee development (courses, certificates, activities and communities)

Cons

- a lot of organizational stuff - trainings, requirements, paths, typical corporation stuff but not terrible rather tiring - assessment process for next level is annoying but they are improving it - sometimes eastern-European style of management if you get into a project or manager from Ukraine, Russia or Belarus (micro management is what I mean by eastern-European management) - if you get a bad manager your life will be hard - work experience is various based on the project and team you get in - this is a plus and minus - you might get into a great interesting project and a year later get into a boring/no improvement project - it's easier to leave and come back with higher salary than to get a raise - Too many managers - client, internal project manager, internal manager for company, other teams manager sometimes.

Pros

You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

Cons

Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
