      Pros

      - Salary is not bad - Flexible working schedule as people don't need to work in office (also a disadvantage as this causes poor communication)

      Cons

      - Again, poor communication - Atmosphere is that people just want to finish their own work and turn offline - call it a day at Epam - No support can be expected from your manager as most likely they are just someone sitting there longer than you (slightly longer as the turnover rate is high) - The manager is a pain also as they don't know sh*t while pretending they know the universe and playing the boss role 24x7 - Holding non-realistic business goal while the management is never happy even the business grew more than 50% already

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
