Pros
A large number of really strong engineers. Lots of training programs. Lots of activities to suit your taste and color. If you don't want to do anything but work, they let you do it and don't involve you in non-work activities.
Cons
Since the company is large, there is a lot of bureaucracy, many employees do not even understand most of the processes. I personally have not had a normal onboarding - but this is my own case - I was unlucky with the resource manager. Fortunately I was able to change it and everything got better. Great company to start and keep going. The main thing is to talk about what you're not happy with - or they won't hear you.
