Pros
Open space. You might be depressed with first month being here. But after you've adapted, you'll not imagine coming back to rooms-and-coridors office. Modern furniture, comfortable chairs and good air conditioning. Despite it's open-space, there's well-designed workplace where minimum colleagues see you (and you see them).
Cons
Location of the office is not ideal. It's close to railway station and surrounded with a maze of one-way broken roads.
