Pros
I've been working at EPAM Mexico for about 4 years. EPAM is a very good place to work. The salary is competitive and in my four years I've been getting a yearly bonus and always a salary increase. EPAM has great people and professionals.
Cons
The office in Mexico has been growing significantly, with that I think it no longer feels like a family, as it was in the beginning. The first years I felt that I was part of the Mexico team, now I just feel that I am one number within this huge organization. I think it is also because of all the remote work that started with the Pandemic.
