      Pros

      Share price growing, great Enterprise customers. Overall some good colleagues to work with

      Cons

      Authoritarian management, lack of work life balance, no marketing, 'act busy' culture which stagnates progress when something actually needs to be done. No processes in place for Sales process. High turnover. Lack of direction overall from leadership, everyone is creating their own goals / strategy because it doesn't come from the top

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
