      1. Allow to work from home 2. have proper onboarding process 3. RM300 allowances monthly

      Cons

      1. Small office in Bangsar South 2. Project Based company 2. This company will throw you into project, and let you sink or swim, typical body shopping business 3. Management will not care, even if you sink in the project, and you should take it as "learning experience" 4. Project is extremely toxic with client demanding constant changes, and even if that means working thru weekends and until midnight (no OT claimable) 5. As developer, there's nothing to learn, as project doesn't demand quality, but rather speed and speed, so you won't learn about proper code writing, just deliverables. 6. Super long working hours 8am - 1am, twice a week 7. 8am - 8pm, standard working hours

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
