      - Very well structured company with a lot of own applications to handle the day-to-day work - Good benefits - Multi-culture company

      Cons

      You will need to pass the interview to get in the company and after that you will need to pass the interview for each project that they will try to find for you. The clients need to choose your country for the project, because of that you could not have many choices and if there is no project for you they will fire you.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
