Pros

No support roles only r&d in sandbox env. Tech stacks are new but tuff to find a projects as client are less.

Cons

Job security . They did massive lay off in august 2022. Few of my colleagues who were newly joined in may along with me had to leave as there were not many projects available from azure cloud unit. They were given 3 months of salary and asked to voluntarily drop down papers.

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
