      Pros

      Salary on time but no use if job itself is not secured

      Cons

      1) No security 2) They fire without any notice 3) Very less projects 4) No point of contact once you are in trouble 5) They hire and don't onboard you, they keep you on hold for 3-6 months 6) They hire before getting project and they fire if somehow project is gone 7) No guarantee of Full & Finala settlement, people are waiting from 2 months

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
