Pros

Remote work and above avg pay

Cons

No job security, hire and fire strategy is followed. If you are on bench for more then 3 weeks, one day you will get a call from HR and they will ask you to resign. Also whatever benefits HR are promising at the time of joining you will not get most of them.

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
