      1. Nice work life balance 2. Good process 3. Remote opportunity 4. Learning option

      Cons

      1. No job security. You ll be fired anytime if you are in bench for around 2 month . 2. Internal client interview is so tough and clueless why you are being rejected. You can get placed in other companies easily , but clearing a client interview internal is so tough 3. No Mgmnt coordination with the empl If you ping to the HR or any manager it is not sure if you get an reply or not 4. Since there are no projects as of now either you ll be fired or you have to be idle in bench and so our work field exp ll get a gap and it is not good for the empl.

      Pros

      You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

      Cons

      Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
