      Good and friendly atmosphere Not a bad salary for Russia and Georgia Big inner knowledge base - greate opportunities to learn Easy way to getting or changing corporative hardware (laptop etc.) A lot of benefits

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
