      Pros

      Exclude customer from the picture and some managers(they are introducing politics in epam) its a good company.

      Cons

      In the beginning it will feel like you are in safe hands(one of the RM's statement), but the same RM will ask you to resign. Customers act like the god of tech and Epam have no control over the action of their customers.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
