      Worst company if you've ever wanted to relocate - Project Coordinator EPAM Systems Employee Review

      Transparent processes, simple platforms, competitive customers

      Cons

      This is the worst company if you want to receive salary above the market. Even if you've raised your seniority you will have +100-200$ and that's it. if you want to relocate don't choose this one because they are so slow ad not supportive so you'll have to go through all levels of hell trying to obtain permits. If you're non-tech you'll always overtiming and noone will compensate it even after escalation

      Pros

      You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

      Cons

      Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
