      - A lot of learning opportunities - A culture of engineering excellence - Many different projects available

      Cons

      Work, primarily as 3rd party developer for other companies, so you need to be involved in a really massive amount of meetings per day and this can compromise your working hours pretty easily

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
