      Pros

      A great portfolio of customer brands and projects. People in some teams get shown a great deal of coddling while others are shafted. Delivery groups for the most part like the organization because the other choices are just worse in terms of jobs overseas.

      Cons

      New world of management is instilling fear and cut throat behaviors as employees try to save their own jobs and teams (if you're lucky via an acquisition).
