Thank you for taking the time to share your review! It is great seeing you find value in our diversified projects and technology offerings. EPAM reviews compensation annually and takes into consideration factors, including individual performance and performance against business objectives. We strive to align our pay-for-performance philosophy with employee expectations. Please get in touch with us if you would like to discuss this further. We are reachable at Glassdoor@epam.com. We utilize the bench as a way for employees to continue their professional growth while in-between projects. Your resource manager should be able to provide guidance. However, it is still up to individual EPAMers to upskill, prepare for project interviews and advance their career through networking, peer feedback and learning opportunities. We are always here to support our employees with the resources they need to grow with us. We hope you have a great day!

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
