Pros

Very stable company. If you lose your project - they will keep you on full pay for 3+ months (it was even more when the economic state was better). But medical insurance and other benefits are pretty good.

Cons

Hard to get promotions + hard to get big bonuses + you are a consultant...

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
