      Pros

      It is a good place to pursue a professional career. Fortunately, the project I'm working on has made me grow a lot professionally and I always learn new things in my current job. The work team is the best I've ever had.

      Cons

      Since I joined, more than a year ago, I have not had a salary increase, however there is the option of making assessments to move to the next career level and request the respective increase

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
