      Cons

      lack of integration with the team (might be because of remote role) Insurance has less coverage of preexisting conditions than other companies and no possibility of customizing it.

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
