Pros

Stability, working for different big companies

Cons

Hard to get a better position, in most of the projects you have to support very old code and perform repetitive no-challenging tasks, RM/PM/DM/AM do almost nothing if you face issues with consumers, so you are on your own, changing the project stack yearly or every 2 years on customer contract termination makes you not get enough experience working with any stack

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
